Works great

Review for
Align Tactical Glock Thumb Rest Trigger Pin
Definitely functions great as a gas pedal by keeping the gun flat for more accurate follow up shots. Easy to install. It replaces the trigger pin and also inserts slightly into the slide release. The only downside is that you have to remove this every time in order to remove the slide. A better design option may be to somehow make it spring loaded so you don’t to remove the trigger pin every time just to remove the slide. Other than that slight inconvenience it works perfectly. It’s an easier and cheaper option than carving out a gas pedal on the frame.

Perfect fit and finish

Looks amazing. Definitely felt reduced recoil. Works great if you go with an aftermarket slide with reduced weight due to many window cutouts. This will correct stovepipe issues on aftermarket slides. It’s also a great value. Overall perfect inexpensive upgrade for Glock 17 or similar model.

Does Not Glow
Written on Dec 13, 2025
Not a night sight. More like a low light sight at best. There is absolutely no glowing in complete darkness. However, they do an ok job in lowlight situations pulling in ambient lighting. They’re made well. However, the front sight was loose when fitted onto a Trybe slide which is odd when the slide and sights are made by the same manufacturer. To fix that, I had to grind off about 1mm of material from the bottom post of the front sight so the sight screw would hold tight. Overall, they look great and don’t walk but it’s disappointing that they don’t glow.

Game changer

Talk about a huge difference evening feel and performance. This grip relegates the crappy oem to being nothing but a boomerang. The texture is everywhere. The ergonomics are superior. The added weight just feels perfect and makes shooting a pleasure. I also added the flared Magwell which only made it look more badass and feel more stable in the hand. If anything this will make one ever want to shoot a polymer frame pistol again. It turns your budget pistol into a higher end model. If there are any cons, it would be that you will need a gen5 mag release and can’t use your gen3 mag release, and you might need to find a new holster to accommodate the new grip, but that’s a minor inconvenience.

Looks and feels great
Written on Dec 02, 2025
I’ve read many negative reviews regarding this trigger overall with light primer strikes and horrible reset. With only 100 rounds through it, I had no such experience. Each squeeze went bang. I did use the heavier reset spring included in the kit over the lighter one at the range. However I did install both springs initially and could not feel a difference in trigger pull weight. There was only a slightly noticeable difference in the reset. I went with the heavier reset spring just because of that slight difference in feel. That said, it functioned flawlessly, although I only tested it with 100 rounds. It was very easy to install and it looks fantastic. It’s probably best not to use this trigger for carry or duty because of that reset spring, the wall is pretty light and very easy to break. I didn’t attempt to drop test it and don’t plan on it either. This is best for being a range toy or competition shooting.

Looks and feels great.

Easy enough to install. Looks super aggressive and helps shoot more flat. However with only 100 rounds, there was about 5-6 stove pipes. Will likely need to change the guide rod assembly to have a lighter spring to accommodate the lighter weight of this slide. Because of this, can only give it 4 stars.

destroys mags
Written on Dec 02, 2025
It’s easy enough to install and it’s aesthetically pleasing. However, within 10 to 20 rounds, it broke the ledge in the notch on the mag, eliminating the ability to use that mag ever again. The notch in the mag that sits on the mag catch cut the top ledge out in that notch, and therefore the mag release would not hold a mag in the gun anymore. It would drop out the moment you slid it in. I noticed on two other mags that it started to do the same thing, but not to the point of breaking that ledge. I only shot 100 rounds total through the pistol using three different mags, one completely broken and two started to show wear as if the catch was cutting into them. I don’t know why this would occur, but I would not recommend this for that reason.

Perfect upgrade
Written on Jun 30, 2025
The out of the box trigger for the PDP is already great, but the Overwatch Precision trigger is a game changer. Not only does it look cool, but it reduces the take up that comes with the stock trigger, has a clearly defined wall and a crisp break, along with a short reset. Perfect upgrade that also won’t break the bank.

Perfect for your Spectre Comp Build
Written on Jun 29, 2025
This is just what the doctor ordered to convert my P365 to. P365x macro spectre comp. It’s a bonus to be able to use my barrel. Only had to buy a new guide rod/spring which didn’t break the bank. I went from the super snappy P365 to a much more flat shooting spectre comp. Highly recommended if you plan on doing something similar.

feels well made

Feels sturdier than typical milspec. Fit and finish are perfect. Haven’t test fired yet but racking is smooth as can be.
