I have aimpoint t2 mounted. Will this product allow me to mount rmr instead?

Unfortunately not as our plate has our SHIELD footprint.

I have an RMR footprint, will this mount from Trijicon RMR to a T2 footprint?

Does this convert my T1 riser to accept standard sights, like a Barska or the like or does it convert a T1 sight to fit on a standard riser?

The Shield Sights Adapter Plate for Aimpoint T1/T2 QD mounts will mount to your current T1/T2 optic mount, and convert it to accept optics with the Shield footprint. These optics include the Shield RMS, Shield SMS, Shield RMSc, Deltapoint Pro, and more.
