The Ruger will require an interface plate to mount an optic, there are several 3rd party manufacturers who are making them. We unfortunately do not.
For exact measurements please refer to our website and the technical data sheets. Generally for slim 1911 frames our " C " Compact lines will be a better fit but as all our pistol based optics share the same SHIELD Footprint it will still work.
