Yes, with the right adapter plate this is small enough to work on the P365.

The RMS-COMPACT fits well on the P365, but the full-size overhangs the edges JUST a hair...it's not a big deal. I have both sizes, and it's a small difference (my compact is on a G43X, and soon to be on a 365XL); my full size is on a G19. I try to catch these optics when they're on sale for like $360, since over $400 is just too much to justify.
NOTE: the p365XL is pre-milled to take EITHER RMS (same footprint for screws).

Does it fit the Walther PPQ Q5 ? Or I need something mulled adapter for this??

You could also have your P365 slide milled so that it sits lower on the slide
