Will this fit S&W 9mm equalizer

The equalizer should have a native slide cut for our SHIELD Footprint meaning no interface plate required.

will this co witness on a hellcat osp like the orignal smsc

Yes, this will co-witness the only difference is the base width of the sight. So the SMSc will sit flush to the hellcat, while the SMS2 will have slight over hang.
