The SIG SAUER P365-XMACRO IWB BlackPoint Tactical Holster is not compatible with lights or lasers. It will also not be compatible with standard P365 model pistols due to the picatinny rail used on XMACRO models while standard P365 series pistols use a proprietary rail.
