What's the difference between this and MPN: MAG-CATCH-ASSY-KIT-M400-516 ? They are both M400 Mag Catch.

This is just the mag catch assembly, without the spring and button for the other side, while item MAG-CATCH-ASSY-KIT-M400-516 is the full kit with the spring and button.

This magazine catch is meant specifically for AR-15 lower receivers that use mil-spec magazine catch parts. It will not work with the Sig 556 classic or any of its variants.

This is for the Sig M400 rifles, while item 1800010-R is for the Sig 716 rifle. While similar in design, there are some sizing differences.
