I see the range is 800 yards. What happens if I want to shoot 1000 yards? Will the program be useless at that distance?

As I can see the max range with KILO2400BDX 3400 yards.

It states that this rangefinder works with the sierra 6-20x but nothing about working with the tango 2-12x. Does this rangefinder work with this scope

The Kilo1600BDX 6x22mm Rangefinder is compatible with BDX scopes. The Tango 2-12X40 scope is not compatible with the Kilo1600BDX 6x22mm Rangefinder.

Can the scope be used in the conventional way without the rangefinder or if the battery goes out

Yes, the riflescope can definitely be used as a standard, stand alone riflescope and does not require any other accessories or batteries. It will have a standard set of crosshairs and turrets that adjust the reticle.

Can i purchase multiple scopes and use one range finder for all of them?

The range finder can be used with different BDX riflescopes, but they cannot be used at the same time. When the range finder is paired with one scope it cannot be used to range for another until it has been paired with it.
