The sig sauer website states maximum range 1600 yards while ur website States 1800 yards, which is correct?

MPN: SOK14601 and MPN: SOK14602 both have a maximum, reflective range of up to 1600 yards.

Is the display illuminated?

This unit comes with Sig Sauer's Lumatic display. The description of that is as follows:

"The most advanced display on the market. Our OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) display has the largest dynamic range providing for high brightness in bright sunlight or snow conditions, yet will dim down to near nightvision levels at dusk and dawn. No other display offers this adaptive ability to prevent your pupil from constricting in low-light causing you to no longer be able to see your target."

When using the rangefinder and app, and non bdx scope does the moa adjustment show up in the range finder reticle, app on the phone, or both?

Is the line of sight or angle compensation option on the rangefinder or just the app?

Both. If you set the rangefinder to Angle Modified Range (AMR) it displays the corrected distance on the rangefinder and you can go the the app to get actual distance and angle. If you set the rangefinder to Line Of Sight (LOS) it displays the actual distance and the angle on the rangefinder making the app pointless unless you plan to use Sigs ballictic data.

Does the BDX app when synced with the rangefinder give information to sight in a different (non-sig) scope manually?

Yes, the rangefinder will return normal range readings like any standard rangefinder, both via app and on the rangefinder itself.

Measures only in yards or meters?

It can display either meters or yards.
