Can this Stock be put on a AR pistol and not have to have the Tax Stamp involved or would it be considered an SBR?

No - you can't put a stock on a pistol. You need to find a something marketed as a brace.

will this stock work on the Ruger PCC 9

The SIG SAUER MCX/MPX Folding Stock is compatible with the Ruger PCC-9 by attaching to the 1913 interface on the rear of the receiver. Keep in mind this is a stock, and would convert a pistol to an SBR. Ensure you check local, state, and federal laws before purchase.

Will this fit a MPX Copperhead?

Will this fit a Sig m400 ?

The Sig Sauer MCX/MPX Folding Stock will not fit a Sig M400 TREAD. The Sig M400 has a buffer assembly so the Sig Sauer MCX/MPX Folding Stock can not be used.

Yes with the proper adapter but this is a stock not a brace and can not be put on a pistol without proper Tax stamp process.
