Yes, the stock, and even the buffer tube under it can both be removed to use this adapter on other stocks.

Yes, if your MCX/VERTIS has the 1913 Picatinny Rail, this means ALL US MCX/VERTIS Weapons.
SUISSE Weapons, look at how your Buttstock attaches. Is it with a 1913 Rail Interface?
