Can this also be used as a stock adapter if need were it connects

Yes, the stock, and even the buffer tube under it can both be removed to use this adapter on other stocks.

Will this fit the Troy PAR 5.56?

The SIG SAUER MCX/MPX Side-Folding M4 Style Stock will fit as long as you have a 1913 rail interface at the back of your receiver. It will not fit if your rifle requires a buffer assembly.

The SIG SAUER MCX/MPX Side-Folding M4 Style Stock Black mounts to rear picatinny mounts. So if the JTS M12AK adapter has a picatinny stock mount it should work.

No, the M400 and MCX/MPX have and run two different BCGs. There is no buffer tube.
