Yes, the SIG SAUER OPMOD Romeo5 Compact 1x20mm Red Dot Sight will mount to flattop picatinny rails via the included integrated M1913 Picatinny interface mount.

Yes, the SIG SAUER OPMOD Romeo5 Compact 1x20mm Red Dot Sight uses Sig's MOTAC (Motion Activated Illumination) system and powers up when it senses motion and powers down when it does not.
