The SIG SAUER P229 PRO-Cut Optic Ready Slide Assembly would be compatible with a Holosun 407K. However, it was designed to accommodate larger optics with the DPP or RMR footprint such as the RMR, SRO, Deltapoint Pro, Romeo 1 Pro, Eotech EFLX, Holosun EPS and more. The 407K shares the same screw pattern as the Deltapoint Pro so it will fit, but it will just not fill up all the available space on your optic cut. I would recommend using one of the larger optics previously mentioned in order to have the benefits of a larger window.
