Actually, it looks like the description either has the slide size (full-size) or the length (4.3) wrong - it's can't be both. A 4.3 threaded is for Xcompact slides to replace the 3.6 barrel. A 4.6 threaded is for compact slides to replace a 3.9 barrel. A 5.5 threaded is for full-size slide to replace a 4.7 barrel.

no, this is for the full-size slide, not compact.
