Yes, it will. As per the manufacturer this barrel will fit the P320 XCOMPACT & Sub-Compact models.

Will this fit a Sig M18 with a 3.9 barrel to mount a silencer with a 4.3 barrel?

Actually, it looks like the description either has the slide size (full-size) or the length (4.3) wrong - it's can't be both. A 4.3 threaded is for Xcompact slides to replace the 3.6 barrel. A 4.6 threaded is for compact slides to replace a 3.9 barrel. A 5.5 threaded is for full-size slide to replace a 4.7 barrel.

We currently do not have a SIG SAUER P320 9 mm Luger Barrel 3.6" with no LCI.

This SIG SAUER P320 4.3" Pistol Barrel does not have a LCI cutout. This threaded barrel is meant to fit with P320 XCOMPACT & Sub-Compact models.
