Hi I was wondering if this will fit on a P320 Compact as well as the P320 Carry?

Yes, this slide will fit both grips. The Compact and Carry grips are the same width the only difference is the grip length.

Does this come with the barrel

Per the manufacturer, "This is a replacement complete slide. This has a complete extractor assembly, striker assembly, contrast suppressor height sights and DOES include a Romeo1 optic. No barrel, recoil spring or guide rod."

The full caliber X-change kit comes with the Sig box, but these just come with the brown box.

Will this slide work with the X-Carry barrel? Have heard reports the X-Carry barrel fits a little too snug for proper operation.

The X-Carry barrels are slightly different from the standard P320's as they are match grade barrels, so fitment cannot be guaranteed with X-carry barrels.

The RX is only in reference to the slide. This will fit a standard P320 compact frame as well.

Yes, but it will require new magazines in 9mm as well.

I understand that the slide comes with the optic mounted, but what I wanted to know was if the optic was pre sighted because I think I have read that.

The Romeo 1 mounted to the slide seemed to be zeroed at 15 yards. The slide combo is also shipped with the sight adjustment tool and lens cover.
