No, the Equalizer will accept optics that use the smaller RMSc footprint. I would recommend the micro version of this optic, the Romeo-X Compact, which can be found by using the link below:

The SIG SAUER Romeo-X Pro is not compatible with any P365 series pistol, including the X-Macro Comp. The Romeo-X Pro uses the Deltapoint Pro footprint while the P365 series fits optics with the RMSc footprint. You will be able to use the SIG SAUER Romeo-X Compact model, which can be found by using the link below:

Will the Romeo x pro fit on a Glock 19 gen 5

If your Glock is optics ready (MOS) you will use the #4 adapter plate included with your Glock to install this optic. If you do not have an optic ready Glock 19, you will need to have your slide milled for an optic with the DeltaPoint Pro footprint, or use a dovetail adapter like the Evolution Gun Works Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Sight Mount which can be found linked below:
