The Sig Romeo Zero uses the RMSc footprint, which is smaller than what optic ready H&K model pistols are designed to use. You could use the Deltapoint Pro adapter plate included with optic ready H&K model pistols to mount this optic, however, there would be space between the front and back of the optic meaning only the optic screws will be keeping the optic to your slide. My suggestion would be to use a larger optic with either the RMR, Deltapoint Pro, Docter, or C-More footprint.
