The Sig Romeo Zero will work on the P365. It requires a mounting plate such as the Outerimpact red dot adapter.

The p365 is not optic ready. So this optic will not work on the p365.

You can now purchase the 365 SAS slide which is optic ready. It will directly replace the original 365 slide.

I had my P365 slide milled for this footprint (Shield RMSc and Sig Sauer Romeo Zero) - and while I'm still waiting for the Romeo Zero, the RMSc fits perfect on the slide and works great.

As others have stated, have the slide milled and it will fit just like the factory XL slide.
This will be the third time I've had this done. Two Glocks and now the Sig.

You will need to have your slide milled as it is not optic ready. But yes it will fit
