It will, the hellcat is cut for the rmsc, this has the same footprint.

I have one installed on my OSP Hellcat and it fits perfect. Had to cut the supplied screws down they were a bit to long, other than that perfect fit.

It fits but I believe you will need to either cut down the included mounting screws or buy the proper length separately
