Yes, since the SIG SAUER ROMEO2 Reflex Red Dot Sight can be mounted directly to your optic ready slide your OEM sights would sit in the lower 30% of your optic window, resulting in a lower 1/3 co-witness.

No, the rear sight built in on the Romeo 2 is much higher than the OEM. You will need a taller front sight (suppressor height) otherwise your POA will be significantly higher than the POI.
