Yes. The Sig Sauer Romeo8T Red Dot Sight will be compatible with any magnifier on the market today. The height of the Romeo8T is 1.535" so your Juliet 3 will align perfectly with this optic.

It will pair fine but the Romeo8 is quite a large optic so you may find it difficult to mount the optic, magnifier and backup irons on the receiver. If you don't care about running backup sights then go for it. I find the Eotech+magnifier is a more elegant solution and I keep my Romeo8 at 1x.
