These uppers do NOT include the front and rear sights any longer after revisions made by Sig Sauer.

I ordered one about the time you posted this question. I did receive the Sig sights and they were already installed as the photos show. I think these are the same sights as mine came with: https://www.opticsplanet.com/sig-sauer-iron-sight-set-flip-up-m1913-rail.html
