No, they're in the same box but come separate. You will need to mount.

Can anyone with this LPVO comment on how bright the reticle is during bright, day-time use??

The SIG SAUER TANGO-MSR LPVO 1-6x24mm Rifle Scope has 11 brightness settings. Even though Sig Sauer does not state the reticle is "daylight bright" most reviews and information states the illumination works great on bright days.
