It will not work with a stock CZ Scorpion. The rear of the receiver needs to be M1913 Picatinny to be able to use this adapter. The CZ Scorpion does not come that way from the factory.

It can work if your scorpion as a rail on the rear. Which is available. Just not from the factory.
