What is the MOA travel capability of this scope. For example Nightforce has 100 MOA of elevation travel.

Sig Sauer does not state where the SIG SAUER Tango4 4-16x44mm Scope is made. I recommend contacting Sig Sauer for that information.

yes, in fact, you can get one free custom dial from SIG. that will show you elevation to your exact bullet and ballistics.

Maker and optics planet are both saying this scope DOSEN'T HAVE adjustable parallax, but some reviews and sellers say it HAS. Which is correct?

Sig is calling the parallax adjustment, "Side Focus."

Is there a sunshade of some type available? AND What sizes of lens caps from Leopold, Vortex, or Butler Creek (or anybody else) fit front and back?

The ocular outer diameter is 1.71" and the objective outer diameter is 2.01"
Sunshades are brand specific, I do not see Sig making one.

You would need a cantilever style mount to mount this onto an AR10.

If an optic says ‘night vision compatible’ AND/OR it says it has “illuminated reticle”,does that mean it will see IR light produced by another device?

Night vision compatible refers to being able to use products like clip on night vision with this scope. Illuminated reticle means that the reticle glows a certain color and nothing to do with "IR" meaning infrared.
