Will this adaptor work on the adaptor threads for the P322?

No, this SIG SAUER Thread Protector uses M13.5x1 threads while the thread adapter for the P322 uses 1/2x28 threads. I would recommend the Strike Industries Barrel Cover Thread Protector, found by using the link below:
