Will the core Hx 4-16x44 AOVHR scope take the recoil of a Winchester model 70 in 7mm magnum

Yes, it will handle the recoil and the scope is covered by Sightmarks warranty if you run into any issues in the future.

The only model currently listed as being illuminated can be found here:

The other models could be offered with an illuminated reticle down the road, but that will be up to Sightmark.
