I recommend using the Butler Creek Flip up caps for the SightMark Latitude 10-40x60 Benchrest Rifle Scope. You will need Butler Creek Scope Cover size 51 for the objective lens and size 20 for the eyepiece. These scope covers can be found at the links below.

Do the SightMark 34mm Weaver/Picatinny "High" Rings provide the necessary clearance to keep 60mm objective from touching the barrel?

It depends on the scope base and whether your rifle has a heavy or bull barrel. However, I recommend using a set of extra high 34mm rings for the SightMark Latitude 10-40x60 Benchrest Rifle Scope. The rings at the link below should work.

Will the scope go out to 2000 yards and see a target the size of a milk jug.

1/8 MOA per click, but 10 clicks per integer on my turret. Did my come with wrong turrets, or does Sightmark not understand fractions?

As it is a Second Focal Plane rifle scope, all values are true at maximum magnification.

SightMark offers a limited lifetime warranty on their products, excluding night-vision, as this has a different warranty.
