This unit has a 300 lumen output. The footprint to mount on top of the unit is the Doctor/Noblex/Burris, and we have a few sights such as the Mini Shot A-Spec, and Mini Shot M-spec that will fit with this footprint.

SightMark does not specify the amount of picatinny rail required to install the LoPro Laser/Light/IR Combo Green Laser. However, it is 4.49" in length and will likely require at least 7 slots of picatinny rail to mount. If you want to mount it to the side of your AR, you will need to purchase a picatinny adapter rail if you do not have picatinny rail available on the sides of your handguard.

The SightMark LoPro Laser/Light/IR Combo would be slightly obstructed by a front sight post if mounted to a flattop rail.

If the AK47 handguard has a heatshield the SightMark LoPro Laser/Light/IR Combo Green Laser should be fine. However, I recommend contacting SightMark in regard to more information about your question.

The SightMark LoPro Laser/Light/IR Combo Green Laser is recoil rated for 30-06 which typically has about 15-20 foot pounds of recoil energy. The 50 Beowulf recoil energy is typically between 28-32 foot pounds of energy. So I recommend not using the SightMark LoPro Laser/Light/IR Combo Green Laser on a 50 Beowulf.

The SightMark LoPro Laser/Light/IR Combo Green Laser is recoil rated up to .308 Win. So you could mount it to a .308 rifle and have no problems with the SightMark LoPro Laser/Light/IR Combo Green Laser holding zero as long as it was mounted properly.

Will a flip up front sight disrupt the light or Laser projection?

A front sight may get in the way of the SightMark LoPro Laser/Light/IR Combo. I recommend mounting it on the sight of your handguard to eliminate this issue.

Yes. The SightMark LoPro Laser/Light/IR Combo is designed to mount a red dot and retain zero as long as the light itself is mounted correctly. The height of the light/laser is 1.53 inches and the height of a standard AR15 iron sight is 1.435 inches. Meaning this would obstruct your view.
