I wish to fit this riflescope on a Remington 700 cal. .338 win. mag. Can it be placed without problems? Supports recoil without breaking?

You can use the Sightmark M1A 2-7x32 Rifle Scope on your rifle using 1" scope rings that mount to your rifle. This scope should not have any issues with the recoil from your rifle. It uses a 6061-T6 aluminum housing and is nitrogen purged for fog-free performance.

I'm answering my own question I found the answer to it. It's half MOA clicks. Since then I wound up purchasing it and it is well worth the money. It's a great scope. I'm 100% pleased

Why is this scope named "M1A," in part? Is there something about the item that's more suitable for the M1A than any other competitor with this 2-7x32

It is designed for use with a M1A scout rifle. It can be used with any rifle, but the magnification suits a scout rifle.

The Sightmark M1A 2-7x32 Rifle Scope would work fine on the AR15 platform. However, keep in mind you will want to use a higher scope mount or rings to allow for proper eye relief and head position. This scope has a 1" tube and will use 1" rings/mounts. I'd recommend the Vortex Cantilever Ring Mount which was specifically designed for the AR15 platform.

I ordered the sightmark M1A 2-7x32scope. Only in the product info it’s called a scout scope and it’s labeled M1 2-7x32. Is the M1A a scout scope ???

It is designed for ARs, M1s and bolt actions MSR scout rifles.
