It is Dark Earth.
The footprint is Docter/Noblex
The M9A4 features integral slide cuts to allow for the mounting of optional optic adapter plates. These adapter plates include mounting options for optics with the C-More, ACRO, Docter, Leupold Deltapoint Pro, and RMR footprints. We do not currently carry these adapter plates, but they can be purchased directly from Beretta, and can be found by using the link below:

The SightMark Mini Shot M-Spec FMS uses the Docter footprint, which is not compatible with your optic cut. You Canik can fit the RMRcc and optics with the Shield RMSc footprint such as the Crimson Trace CTS-1550.
Unfortunately, the SightMark Mini Shot M-Spec is not offered in a Green dot model.
The SightMark Mini Shot M-Spec FMS is 2.2" in length and 1.85" in width. With the low mount, it is 1.34" high. With the riser mount, it is 2.2" in height.
The SightMark Mini Shot M-Spec FMS uses a Docter/Noblex mounting footprint. This is a full size optic while the Springfield Hellcat uses the Shield RMSc footprint for micro red dots. You can mount optics like the Holosun 507k and 407k, Shield RMSc, Sig Sauer Romeo Zero, and more.
Yes. The SightMark Mini Shot M-Spec FMS includes a low height picatinny mount (1.34"), and a riser mount that is 2.2" in height (with optic). Both the low and riser mount will attach to standard picatinny/1913 rails.
You would need to have the mount/adapter of footprint Docter/Nobelx. If it is not that it will not mount.
No they will not. They need to be Docter/Noblex footprint not RMR
