How long is the pressure switch cord (overall length in inches)? How is it attached? adhesive?

No, however, the SightMark SM25016 LoPro Mini Laser Sight Green Laser includes its own pressure switch that can be used to activate the laser.

Will this laser sight interfere with the SightMark Ultra Shot M-Spec FMS Reflex Sight if put up on the top rail?

The SightMark SM25016 LoPro Mini Laser Sight Green Laser will not block the line of sight with the SightMark Ultra Shot M-Spec FMS Reflex Sight.

What’s the spring size that comes on the screw on cap for the battery compartment?

SightMark does not state the spring size of the battery cap spring. I recommend contacting SightMark for that information.

Are the windage & elevation adjustments tactile (click like scope turrets) or smooth?

The SightMark SM25016 LoPro Mini Laser Sight Green Laser has "click" adjustments for the windage and elevation. Each click is 1MOA adjustment.
