The manufacturer only states the falling velocities for the SK Pistol Match Special .22 Long Rifle ammunition. "The 40-grain bullet shot out of a 5.9-inch barrel will have a muzzle velocity of 955 feet-per-second and 81 foot-pounds of energy. Out of a 4.7-inch barrel, the numbers are still strong with 938 fps and 879 ft-lbs." I recommend contacting the manufacturer to see if they have any other velocity testing done with the barrel length you are looking for.
From my testing with my chronograph, this stuff is identical to sk long range match or sk biathlon sport when it comes to it's velocity. I was averaging 1107fps in my cz457 with 21" lilja barrel when I had it. I've had some lots chrono better than long range match but it's usually not as consistent as long range match but not far off.
This seems to be very close, if not the same velocity, as sk long range match or sk biathlon sport out of everything I've shot it through. It has chrono'd about the same as them out of my 21" lilja CZ457, 22" bartlien Vudoo, and 24" krieger MCR RimX. The sd and es isn't as good as long range match, but the velocity is about the same. However, you can occasionally find a decent lot of it from time to time.
