The Sky Watcher HEQ5 Mount includes an adjustable 1.75" diameter rolled steel tripod, Built-in polar scope with illuminator, Two 11-pound counterweights, Metal accessory tray, D/V-style dovetail saddle, SynScan V5 hand controller, HEQ5 GoTo equatorial head, and DC power cord.

I received the mount, but not the tripod. The tripod box contains critical parts to the mount and it cannot be used without them. What do I do?
