All the screw holes directly under the gas port are in the same place. just dimple the one screw cause all gas block manufacturers drill the front screw hole and the gas port hole at the same time so the hole lined up with the port in the Gas Block should be all in the same place.
I used this jig to dimple my Daniel Defense m4v7 Pro barrel, 3 Aero Precision Ballistic Advantage barrels, 1 Faxon barrel and a Ruger MPR AR15 barrel.. Barrels were all .750
The Daniel was a bit harder because their gas blocks are pinned, (no set with screws)a little harder for me to take off gas block. Follow instructions. I use a Colbalt drill bit for drilling harden steel. 1 dimple opposite side of gas port on barrel is all I need. Works for me.
The SLR dimple jig accommodates gas blocks with .400" .425" .450" .470" and .500" set screw spacing. My preferred gas block is the Superlative Arms, which uses a .500 spacing. I have used and can confirm that this jig will work for that gas block. In addition, the rear hole on all gas blocks is always located directly under the gas port. In the event you choose a gas block that uses a spacing different than the 5 options this jig offers, you can still use the jig to accurately locate and dimple just the rear hole. The gas block will be secure with 1 dimple if you properly torque and secure both screws.
