What’s ID of the .625 clamp on? I didn’t see it listed.

The Sentry 6 Clamp On Adjustable Gas Block is a 0.625" adjustable, clamp on, gas block. It has a 15 position adjustability between 0" - .125" port opening.

What size is the hex / Allen wrench to adjust it ?

SLR Rifleworks does not state the specific size of the Melonite finish, 4140 Nexturn Swiss precision metering screw. However, the correct tool to adjust the gas block will be included as well as a roll pin and mounting screws.

Is the black version steel and the silver one titanium? Is that why its so much more? How much do they weigh?

Correct, the black one is stainless steel and weighs 1.76oz, and the silver one is titanium and weighs 1.28oz.
