We do not offer an offset mount up the light is a standard 1" tube so it should be universal with other mounts.

Does this integrate within the sidegrips of a vertical foregrip, specifically the UTG 5-position?

It will not. The actual switch it too large to fit any standard vertical foregrip slot.

Does this light have a memory setting for the brightness or not. Description says one thing, customer another. Memory work with cord pad ?

This flashlight has a memory feature so it turns on to the same setting it was turned off at, even with the remote switch.

Would this light be OK for a tactical shotgun with a Picatinny rail? I know it would fit the rail but would it withstand the shotgun recoil?
