The Spartan Armor Systems Spartan Armor/Sentinel Plate Carrier and AR550 Level III+ Body Armor Package are adjustable from size small to XL. The minimum waist size is 33" and the maximum waist size is 44". For the chest the minimum size is 37" and the maximum chest size is 48".

The Spartan Armor Systems Spartan Armor/Sentinel Plate Carrier and AR550 Level III+ Body Armor Package is adjustable to fit 38"-48" chest size. However, the NcSTAR Expert Carrier Vest w/Two 10x12in Shooters Cut Hard PE Ballistic Panels at the link below should fit.

So is the base model fully fragmentation as well?

No. The Spartan Armor Systems Spartan Armor/Sentinel Plate Carrier and AR550 Level III+ Body Armor Package with the base coat provides corrosion protection but is not suited to protect against fragmentation.

The chest/back plates are 8 pounds 10 ounces per plate, and the side plates are 2 pounds 1 ounce per plate.

Yes, this should fit. This will be able to fit up to a 48" chest.
