hold can this xdm 10mm magazine

It is meant specifically for 9mm and .40 S&W so it will most likely be too small to accommodate the larger 10mm double stack magazines.

Yes, it should technically fit Glock 17 double stack magazines as well.

No, this is for double stack XDM pistol magazines, it will not fit the thinner 1911 magazines.
