Yes. The Spuhr G3 Rifle Forends are designed to fit the HK G3 and its clones. The rail will include one A-0002 Picatinny Rail as well as two set screws to take up any play between the rear of the rail and the receiver and/or barrel shank.

No. That's the 9.3" handguard. This will only fit those rifles that take the full sized, 11.3" forearm.
