Yes, the SSI Sight-Rite Basic Laser Bore Sight w/ Alignment Target and Pouch is designed to work with .17 all the way to .50 cal.

I reached out to the manufacturer and they said that while they don't have a digital file available, if you contact them directly at (877) 269-8490 that they could provide you with the instructions.

Will this bore sight actually fit in a .17 HMR. Bought a Strong Tool sight that said it fit .17 HMR, but it won't.
