Is this for left hand thumb manipulation or standard right hand thumb manipulation?

Stag arms DOES still make these, and they are currently in stock here and on the stag arms website. They are for left-handed shooters, left thumb.

Will this work for my PSA PA-15 5.56 AR-15 rifle? I need it for my left hand thumb. My stock selector rubs on my trigger finger and I can't stand it.

Yes, the Stag Arms AR-15 Safety Selector will fit your PSA AR15 as well as any Milspec AR15 lower receiver.

Yes. The Stag Arms AR-15 Safety Selector will fit and function as intended on a Sig Sauer M400 as the M400 uses standard AR15 lower parts kits.
