Will this fit on the leaper UTG pro ar15 super slim m-lok hand guard that is sold on Your web site. It’s for my ar15 sport 2.

This will not work with an M-LOK handguard, as it utilizes Picatinny or MIL-STD-1913 rails for mounting.

Yes, the Stark SE-5 Express Forward Grip will fit the ATI Bull-Dog SGA 12g Bullpup Shotgun as well as any rifle/shotgun with a picatinny forend.

The Stark SE-5 Express Forward Grip mounts to picatinny rail on the underside of various handguards. From what information I could find the VR80 does not have any picatinny rail on the underside of the handguard. It also seems that the VR80 has no available mounting slots of any sort on the underside of the handguard for a forward grip.

Will this fit a scorpion evo with a pmag drum?

Yes, the Stark SE-5 Express Forward Grip will mount to the picatinny rail on the bottom of a Scorpion Evo. You should have enough room to mount it without interfering with a PMAG Drum.

You would need at least a 4 slot picatinny rail attachment for this Stark SE-5 Express Forward Grip.
