How do I know if I'm buying a scope with the recall issues addressed?

All our models are post-recall models. Steiner appears to have closed out the recall, so they are no longer shipping older models either.

Low mount rings work perfect for rem700 heavy barrel and bergara hmr both are using a 20moa pic base warn and zero tolerance brand rings

The specs say 34mm tube, and the features say 30mm tube. Is this a 34mm tube?

Are there lens caps available for this scope? What size?

Conrad at Steiner provided dimensions of
Objective bell: 63.84mm
Eyepiece: 43.98mm.

Butler Creek recommends that if a measurement falls between two sizes, to use the smaller of the two, such is the case with both the objective bell and the eyepiece.
