Will the Stern 45 BC work with a Foxtrot Mike 45 Upper and Lower? Is the ejection port from FM 45 large enough to work with the Stern 45 BC?

While we have not specifically tested it with that upper, based on its design, we do not anticipate any compatibility issues

Does this bolt carrier come with the 45 acp bolt or must I find it elsewhere separately

The tern Defense SD BU45 .45 ACP Bolt Carrier is a complete BCG ready to drop in. It comes fully assembled with all sub-components installed, including firing pin/spring/retaining pin, extractor, and extractor spring. The Stern bolt fits into Mil-Spec and Glock-pattern upper receivers. It functions with Colt SMG, Glock magazines and it's fully compatible with standard AR15/M16 charging handles.
