Yes, the STNGR HWK M-Lok Free Float Handguard will work with an Alexander Arms 6.5 Grendel. Just be sure to use a low profile gas block and if your receiver is a billet receiver the manufacturer states there may need to be some modifications for it to fit.

It doesn't even come close to fitting. I would have to change the gas block and all the hardware around the barrel nut.
