Will this fit on an Alexander Arms 6.5 Grendel

Yes, the STNGR HWK M-Lok Free Float Handguard will work with an Alexander Arms 6.5 Grendel. Just be sure to use a low profile gas block and if your receiver is a billet receiver the manufacturer states there may need to be some modifications for it to fit.

Is this the kit shown with new gas block and all 8 pieces in the picture?

Will the barrel stick out of the 7in handguard with a 7.5in barrel? Is the 7in length to the tip of the handguard or to the bottom of the V- cutout?

According to the manufacturer the overall length of the 7" STNGR HWK AR15/M4 M-Lok Free Float Handguard is 7". This is from the back to the most front portion.

What modification is required to fit with billet uppers? What exactly do you have to modify? Website link? Description?

This is what STNGR says in regards to what modifications are needed for billet upper receivers. "Our rails are designed to work with standard mil-spec uppers. Typically the tabs need to be removed with billet uppers (or non-mil spec uppers) because they are too wide for the handguard (this is the modification we mention in the product page)."

The STNGR HWK M-Lok Free Float Handguard for AR15/M4 has a picatinny rail along the top. So yes, the Magpul Offset Iron Sights will mount to the STNGR HWK M-Lok Free Float Handguards.

How stinger FDE match up with aero precision, Magpul FDE

The exact shade of color between products and different manufacturers may vary due the natural inconsistencies associated with different types of finishes. I recommend contacting the manufacturer to see if they can give you and answer of how close the FDE finish of the STNGR HWK M-Lok Free Float Handguard for AR15/M4 matches the Magpul FDE.

Will I need to switch my gas block in M&P 15 sport 2?

Yes, in order for the STNGR HWK M-Lok Free Float Handguard for AR15/M4 to work on an M&P Sport 2, the gas block will need to switched to a low profile gas block. Depending on what gas block journal size is needed, one of the gas blocks listed at the link below will work.

Would this fit on m&p 10. 16 inch barrel

Because of the barrel nut size difference between the AR-10 and AR-15, the handguards and rail systems are not interchangeable.

Will this handgaurd work with an Aero Precision M4E1 upper receiver, with a Ballistic Advantage fluted 223 Wylde barrel?

The STNGR HWK M-Lok Free Float Handguard will not fit the Aero Precsion M4E1 upper receiver. According to Aero Precision that upper is only compatible with the Aero Precision Enhanced and Quantum Series handguards.
