Would it fit my Gen3 30S?and do I need to get 10mm magazine.

Unfortunately this will not fit the 30S without modification. The 30S requires a thinner barrel profile.

Will this fit g29 gen 4, its same size barrel just want a stainless one

No, this is a conversion barrel meant specifically to install into a Glock 30/30SF, to convert it from .45 to 10mm. It will not work in a Glock 29.

Would it fit my me 4 gen 30s

Unfortunately this will not fit a 30s without some gunsmithing. Glock shaved metal from the barrel on the 30s to make it fit in the thinner slide so you would have to have this barrel milled down to fit as well.
